The Norwegian electro group Casiokids that brought you the smash hit 'Fot I Hose' recently received some special attention from the young Swedish duo Lo-Fi-Fnk. 'Nat's Incredible'

We first introduced you to Nat's when we posted about his colloboration with FFFAIR on 'Will You Cccry'. Producing music from the suburbs of France comes easy to these guys and this freebie from Nat's is a mid tempo house track that begins with some good Ghetto talk from obscure MC's I can't place. Nat's does a great job of keeping horns and vocals together in this song which can so often go awry and sound too much like a radio mistake. Under the young Frenchmen's sharp ear he controls the beat and melody creating a magical dancefloor addition track that could start any of my sets. Also be sure to check out the Moustache Collective.

Cela fait maintenant un an qu'à l'ouest de Paris cinq jeunes remontent le temps. Parallèlement à l'accroissement exponentiel du nombre de kidz à couleur fluo ils tentent tant bien que mal de remettre la moustache au goût du jour. 'Train To Bamako' Remixes

New material (again) from one of my fave new French labels Club Cheval. It's no wonder I love the French scene as they are always at the top of my analytic folder on Google and the specifically the city of Lille which dominates every other major city for hits on our page daily. So I have to post about some new Club Cheval to represent my peeps. Big up to Northern France.

The track 'Train To Bamako' from Myd is one of the songs that started the movement which is my opinion saving electro music right now. I speak of course of the tribal and tropical sounds that are being unleashed all over the globe. Where the early incantations of electro were evil sounding and sometimes aggressive this new vibe is of sunny synths mixed into club beats. The remix here today is french producer Canblaster who you all remember from his 'Kapongo Dance' with Berou as well as Monsieur Monsieur who has also caught our attention lately. Other remixes are from Qoso, Femme en Fourrure and Milk Run

When I first heard Super Mal's new single 'Blood & Sun' over at DiscoDust I was mesmerized by its uplifting tranquility. Lyndon from Super Mal was kind enough to send along the Remix EP which features the up n' coming Canadian act FM Attack as well as the Nu Disco legend Justin Faust and the old schooler Nightriders. Erol Alkan's label Phantasy Sound brings us Bangkok, the new single by Boris Dlugosch. I have to say this is probably my favorite electro track of 2009. So much craziness I can't handle it. 'One Life Stand'

Prognostication is usually not my forte but I can say by listening to only two tracks from the new Hot Chip album that it could chart high for best in 2010. I hope that I can see them this tour because I am still kickin myself for missing them last time around. 'One Life Stand' is due out February 9th and according to Taylor's recent interview with NME, the "anthemic" song "I Feel Better," a "big, massive Euro club sounding track could be the crossover smash that 'Ready 4' and Over and Over' was for previous releases. I Can't Wait.
