Le Jazz Cool

Jazz house is the order of the day and to start things off we have London's Werner Neidermeier with a tight tech adventure that builds into snippets of minimalist funk a' La Pottymouth Music.

DL : Werner Neidermeier - Talkin' Back (original mix)

Next in the lineup is Mexico's Toy Selectah with a beautifully balanced island track for Bersa Disco. Recent works with Mad Decent have seen Toy Hernández rise through the ranks internationally to claim the respect once only offered at home. This track shows off his dancier side with a floor friendly guitar line and buried party vocals.

DL : Toy Selectah - Lamento En La Jungla

I included this one from Stefan Goldmann even though its borderline jazzy. His sounds are so intricate and here is no different offering both elements of jazz and classical in the intro leading to his trademark bounce. Plucked strings accent what is already a huge bottom line into a beast of techno elegance.

DL : Stefan Goldmann - Under The Beam (original mix) .

Last up is resident jazz producer Parov Stelar. By resident I mean that every EP by the Etage Noir man is so chock full of jazz brilliance that he will get auto posted here on the regular. Parov has a new record out in a a couple of weeks so look out for that on the aforementioned Etage Noir.

DL : Parov Stelar - Catgroove (original mix)
