I have been a fan of Metallica for as long as I can remember (except for most of the 90's-2007). Which is sad that it took Metallica 20 years from 'And Justice For All' to make their recent masterpiece (thank you Rick Rubin) 'Death Magnetic'. As famous as Metallica is to Metal as a genre the remix from Dirty Funker from the UK could be described the same for metal remixes having outdone all others on sheer volume and quality. Here's the edit.

German electro power pop producer Stereofunk released this beauty in February and it came across our desks this week. Moonbootique records made this one possible and so far names like Digitalism and Azzido Da Bass have been happily playlisting the original and the amazing FUKKK OFFF remix that we have.

Every week now it seems that I have a dope remix from from Norwegian electro tech house producer ANIKI. Pottymouth music is beginning to take over playlists and posts with the fidgety, jazz infused vocals that always have dance floor destruction in mind. (this is especially true with our fav Aniki) Will Bailey is another accomplished edition to the umbrella of the Pottymouth family. If its Pottymouth, It's proper house.

Denmark's electro pop group Private gets an upgrade with a remix from one of our favorite remixer producers Lifelike. Lifelike or Laurent Ash as his known to his M and P recently released a slice of fluffy cloud house originals with 'Sunset' and 'Sequencer' and here Private get transformed by this sought after french mainstay. The vocals finally feel in place as the beat is quickened and much needed depth is provided to de-cheese the sound of the original.

Our friend from New York A-ux sent along another one of his epic remixes that reaffirm my faith in the new school. Many up and coming prospects break into the scene with a hip hop remix but to be honest they never make it out of my gmail. Mochipet makes kooky crunk hop and dubstep which in the hands of A-ux is perfect for his aggro-style destroy and re build remixes. Keep em comin Tae! We'll keep postin.
