Corydon Is Burning

Bar Italia is the spot tonight for all you intellectual house music fans as we see the residents DJ Abi and Ghost Of Easy E with Goodform homeboys Jamall Knight and Mike B. INFO HERE I have compiled some new tunes to musically motivate you to attend. Show up early and stay late, have some food and get friendly with the staff which will come in handy once the place is rammed in summer. You can never have to many friends come patio season.

First up the wildly popular Little Boots with even more popular Fred Falke doing what he does best transforming the U.K. producers hit with his usual brand of french house that's always crammed full of soothing strings, live bass overlays and silky synths and pads.

DL : Little Boots - New In Town (Fred Falke remix)

Next up is a tight tranced up version of this classic by French starlets Justice. As a dj I would usually take a track like this and spin it underneath something else or as a third track in a menage a trois mixdown..It's still pretty awesome on its own as well.

DL : Justice - Phantom Pt II (Dean Newton & Huggy remix) .

We gave you the original in the 'Ladies Only' post so I figured why not share the dancefloor gear from the EP as well. Here we see France's Tepr laying down some lounged out underpadding on the electro pop ditty from Kitsunes Chew Lips.

DL : Chew Lips - Solo (Tepr remix)

Last but certainly least is Carl Hanaghan in a collabo with his friends My Digital Enemy. The hook of the 'Leyenda' EP is certainly the Bass Kleph remix that we have for you. Smooth and psychedelic as fuck with big spacey house keys and glitchy execution.

DL : Carl Hanaghan & My Digital Enemy - Leyenda (Bass Kleph remix) .
