Clash Of The...........

Stumbled upon something new this week with help from gmail called TiTAN. After hearing 'Bruxism Groove' and the subsequent myspace tracks I fell head over heels in love with Italy's newest export. A full on disco revival is played out before my ears when I hear these tracks on my Ipod. Horns and a bouncing bassline accompanied by vocals that could easily ring in New Years 1975.

Bruxism is the term for the gnashing or grinding of ones teeth. If I had to describe the style of this song in terms of a physical reaction it would be more like a satisfied Face Scrunch than grinding teeth. But that just one writers opinion. Cheers.

In Greek mythology, the Titans were a race of powerful deities that ruled during the legendary Golden Age. Their role as Elder Gods being overthrown by a present race of younger gods, the Olympians, effected a mythological paradigm shift that the Greeks borrowed from the Ancient Near East. The Titans preceded the Twelve Olympians, who, led by Zeus, eventually overthrew them in the Titanomachy ('War of the Titans').
