Simian Mobile Disco Run's With Nike

Simian Mobile Disco are the latest to work with Nike on their Run Series of mixes and exclusive Tracks. The series has had the likes of Aesop Rock, A-Trak and LCD Soundsystem thus far and because we haven't heard much from the London town producers its no coincidence that Nike has jumped at the opportunity to be associated with such a highly anticipated release as new material from SMD. Nike is very savvy to have ingratiated themselves with the fitness of dancing and providing content for their consumers to work out to in a new landmark in synergy based marketing techniques. The concepts idea is based on music to motivate you to run and stay fit which can't be altogether bad. Selling shoes isn't the most altruistic of goals but its a start on the road to less Fatness and more fitness in the western world.
