Weekend finally arrives. Sigh of relief is exhaled. Weights are lifted. Music is played and then shared. Friday should make me wanna party but for some reason I keep having late Thursday evenings which kill my Friday days and nights. First up is a remix of a 2005 house classic from Camio recordings by the main dancefloor terrorist Jihad Muhammad. I realize that by placing those two words in sequence I have now been flagged by every Info Intelligence agency worldwide but it is totally worth it. This one goes out to all the jazz house fiends like me that love a good sax solo right in the middle of the song. Accompanied by some of the sweetest strings this side of Gerswin. The jazzadelic edit is cut by London's young impresario Guy Robin.

Riva Starr is nothing new to the anyone who visits VR regularly. But this tune that we have for you is. Always focused and technical Riva kills it again with 'I Jack U'. I always love his efforts cuz they give me that Pottymouth music vibe but with more of a tech club house edge.

Sounding more like the newer releases from the Swedish House Mafia this track from France's Sandy Vee takes bits and bytes from Led Zeppelin's 'Immigrants Song' without over mashing it up if you will. Phat ass basslines and crushed guitars that bellow in the background are synergized perfectly with zylophoney percussion stabs and quirky hooky 4/4 mayhem. The remix is by Style Of Eye who are incidentally from Sweden but drop beats on the dark funk tip as opposed to the hyper clubbed up monsters from the likes of Ingrosso and company.

Last but certainly not least is autoKratz getting some remix work for the song 'Stay The Same' which completed the album 'Down And Out In London' released last month.
