Tiga & Zyntherius

When Turbo Records founder Tiga hooked up with Jori Hulkkonen some 7 years ago now they created magic with the song 'Sunglasses at Night'. All props to fellow Canadian Corey Hart for sure but this cool guy sporting shades at night brings the real soundtrack for the midnight vampires. It was probably a the defining moment for the Turbo sound and Tiga's in general.

I sometimes forget that the term electro has gobbled up so many styles under one umbrella that I lose sight of what an actual electro bassline sounds like. This is it. Jori and Tiga. Tonight its Alter Ego with a 10 min odyssey, D.I.M. with a deep throated froggy bassline complete with vocals that are all over the universe, then Popof with a jiggly, hissey stomper, and oh yes a Brodinski and Yuksek version too....

How about a little more? Well here's the Sebastian Tellier track 'L' Amour et la Violence' picking up a Boys Noize remix 160 k...cheers.
